Singing For Our Lives by Rev. Erin Walter

From the streets of Minneapolis to the ICE detention centers in Texas, music is playing a powerful role in resistance to authoritarianism. This Sunday, join Parker Woodland --led by UU Rev. Erin Walter of the Texas Unitarian Universalist Justice Ministry (TXUUJM) -- for a special music-centric service. The Austin band regularly performs to support causes grounded in UU values, from abolition to democracy to LGBTQIA+ rights, and Rev. Erin and guitarist Andrew Solin will share special acoustic versions of their songs. Rev. Erin will also share TXUUJM's justice work and and be available in coffee hour to connect about this year's UU the Vote program.
