It’s an Appelflappen party at Corinna’s instead!
Appelflappen are a traditional Dutch treat served at New Year’s. An apple ring is dipped in a yeasted batter and then deep fried and served hot with a dusting of powdered sugar and cinnamon. They taste great with champagne!
A gluten-free, vegan option is available. If you need to avoid cross-contamination, please come during the first hour of the party.
