SGUUF Facilities Improvement Begins

Thanks to our congregation's generous support of our Legacy Capital Campaign, the roofing contractor will begin replacing the roofs on the Fellowship House and Little House Saturday 1-17-26. 

The Facilities Team received the best bid from 1st Choice Roofing and Construction Company in Georgetown to remove the old shingles and install the highest-grade architectural shingles on both of the two houses.   

Beginning Monday 1-19-26 the roofing company will remove the old shingles on the sanctuary building and install a new standing seam metal roof on the main building.  

Please note that these roofing projects are taking place on Saturday, Jan. 17, at the Fellowship House and Little House on 13th Street and then on Monday,  Jan. 19 k at the sanctuary building. 

Please do not park in the spaces near the sanctuary as the roofing company's equipment will need to be parked in those spaces.
