SGUUF's first parade float is (almost) ready for the Red Poppy Parade in Georgetown, TX on Saturday April 26th!

Parade Route & Float Staging for Saturday - The SGUUF Float will be staged on College Ave right north of E 2nd Street.

The float will be setup and ready for judging by 9:00am.

We plan to move the float to the staging location and do final setup significantly earlier, probably closer to 8:00am.

If you do not have carpool or setup/transport duties we recommend that you go directly to the parade route on Saturday morning. We would like a critical mass of yellow shirts around the float for 9:00am judging. The parade will begin at 10:00am.

Here are some options for picking up your new SGUUF shirt (if you ordered one):

- Saturday 4/26 - We will have the shirts at the float for those walking in the parade.

- Sunday 4/27 - Shirts not picked up prior to the parade will be available for pickup on Sundays before or after service.

All ages pitched in to fill seed packets to be handed out from our first-ever float in Georgetown’s Red Poppy Parade on the 26th. It will let parade goers know about our Fellowship, our activities, our commitment to the Earth by way of the wonderful Native American Seed company "helping people restore the earth.”
